We’re confident you’ll love your World of Worn purchase, however if for any reason you change your mind, all items (excluding those bought at sale price) can be returned and issued with a refund, provided they arrive at our address within 14 days of receipt, 21 days for international orders. Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Any items sent back after that period will not be eligible for a refund and there will be a charge for returning the goods to sender.
How to Return an Order
To initiate a return, you must contact us, including the word ‘Return’ and the order number in the subject line. In the body of the email please let us know the reason for your return. After we receive your request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Returns should be confirmed as sent with a tracking number, postmark or other official proof of sending.
Items must be returned in the condition they were sent. As part of our personal commitment to sustainable consumption, we kindly remind you that it’s your responsibility to double check each item before you purchase, to avoid unnecessary shipping and returns. We urge you to:

Each of our products undergo a thorough quality check before being listed online, as World of Worn endeavours to sell only the highest quality vintage items. However, if at all you feel there is any significant issues with your order that was not listed when purchased, and you do not wish to return the items, please email us any pictures clearly displaying the issue directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: Royal Mail are experiencing severe delays at present, so delivery times may be affected. We would recommend any UK customers to select the 1st class option at checkout to ensure a timely delivery. Thank you for your patience.
World of Worn currently ships worldwide and we use tracked services on all of our items. We process and dispatch all UK orders within 1-2 business days of receipt (this does not include weekends or public holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Postage costs are calculated at the checkout, prices can change depending on the weight of the item and its destination. The below prices show the starting cost per location for the smallest weighted items:

World of Worn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the online tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
